This site is a scam / fraud. They will not cancel your auto-subscription. Also, all nanny profiles state 100% response rate. I must have messaged over 100 "nannies" with no response what so ever. I've tried cancelling through my online account, calling, and emailing. Nothing. How is this company still operating.

Terrible. This site is a SCAM! Paid my money and not one person responded even after repeated attempts at contacting supposed ‘helpers’. Complete rip off!!!!!
Do not waste your money on this site. In my view, it just has bots.
I have a horrible experience with this site.No one ever replies on my multiple mails or phone calla. I just want to delete my account as I have never used it ! THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO not ever USE IT! I am giving 1 star as Google does not give me the option to give 0 or negative number!!! Which I would if had the choice!
