On Sept 3,2021 we hired this company to replace our air conditioning unit. The 1st day the house was not cooling at all because they did not put coolant in the unit. That same night the Wi-Fi thermostat that we paid an additional$300 for was not working at all. A few weeks went by and 2 of my bedrooms are not cooling at all. One year ago I paid $12,000 to have my entire system replaced. This year it shuts off if it gets above 90°. I called at 4:45pm and 7:30pm....since it says they are 24hrs....and didn't get a call back until 9am the next day. Bernie himself told me the website has been wrong for 2 years. He then proceeded to be extremely angry and even suggested I call a different company since he is so busy. He was extremely difficult to work with last year and is again now. The Technicians and Mr Myatt were very professional very polite and got everything done in promptly . Left everything neat and cleaned . It was a great job at a fantastic price I would recommend them to everyone .
I received excellent service recently from Myatt. My condo had developed a couple of leaks in the ceiling. I called Myatt to come check my AC and the technician found the 30 year old ductwork was rotten, leaking from condensation and also leaking out a lot of the cold air. It definitely needed some work. The owner of the company came out to inspect the problem and to determine the scope of the job.
