Traveling from NY hoping to get an appointment, I reached out over Instagram and was so happy that she took the time to write back and help me schedule sessions for myself and 2 others. We all could not believe the sense of calm we felt with Mya and for the rest of the day!! Not to mention the noticeable shift in our range of motion! She took the time to get to know each of us and tailored the session accordingly. Mya was so accomodating, knowledgeable AND she makes it happen!!!

Mya is very special. Her approach is intuitive, gentle and highly effective. She listens to the body and helps it release effortlessly. I have experienced physical and emotional benefits from her work. The work is deeply relaxing and after a session you can immediately feel more length in your muscles and less tension in the fascia. It is a beautiful experience and an absolute must for any athlete or anyone wanting to do something beneficial for the body, spirit and mind. I highly recommend her services.
