Mya is the best! As a former athlete getting less limber by the day, I started seeing Mya twice a week and have been incredibly happy with the results. She is super knowledgeable and has also simplified stretching for me in a way where I can do more effective work on my own at home. And in general, Mya is just a very nice person and attentive in every session.
Traveling from NY hoping to get an appointment, I reached out over Instagram and was so happy that she took the time to write back and help me schedule sessions for myself and 2 others. We all could not believe the sense of calm we felt with Mya and for the rest of the day!! Not to mention the noticeable shift in our range of motion! She took the time to get to know each of us and tailored the session accordingly. Mya was so accomodating, knowledgeable AND she makes it happen!!!
