Absolutely wonderful service! I had lost a screw from my glasses and came in to see if they could help me. The gentleman who assisted me was so kind, attentive and helpful, and he fixed my glasses for me without charging anything. I really appreciated his kindness and excellent service. Highly recommend this optical store!
Great services. Highly recommend to local resident. I bought in a pair glasses with a broken leg which was not original purchased here. The friendly staff there fixed it for me for free.
Excellent service! I walked in for a routine repair of glasses I bought elsewhere and they were happy to help, no questions asked! Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at this optician in Toowong. The staff were very friendly and patient, and they took the time to help me choose the perfect glasses. There were lots of options to choose from, and I never felt rushed. Excellent service overall I highly recommend it!
This optical store deserves 100/100 for customer service. Their eye testing equipment is very professional and advanced. My new glasses are perfect for both distance and reading vision, and the frame style looks great too. I’m so happy to finally find glasses that truly suit me and solve the issues I had before. I’m very satisfied with my experience!
