I really enjoyed my visit to My1 Hair. Everyone was very professional and showed me so much care and attention. The atmosphere is peaceful and the quality of service was off the charts. I love my hair and I walked out feeling like a million bucks, color popping and hair flowing in the wind.
I am very disappointed. I booked an appointment last night to get braids done today at 2:00 PM. When I got there the door was locked and no one came to answer when I knocked. I called the establishment three times to no avail. I was not given any other way to contact them.
Booked an apt, paid deposit. Came and store was closed. Scammed.
Service is above par and I always leave satisfied and cute!
