Muna is an amazing caring person. I'm a 70 yr old woman who inherited under eye bags. Although I needed to have two treatments of under eye bag removal I'm very satisfied. Now I'm getting compliments on how much younger I look. I can't thank her enough.
AVOID THIS PLACE UNPROFESSIONAL & TOOK MY MONEY- I initially made an appointment with Muna for agnes undereye bags and sent a security deposit of $600 and even received a confirmation email couple days later. I drove out from far and made it on time to my surprise, I saw another client there waiting with the same time slot as mine. The receptionist was clueless and told me I was not on the scheduling. Muna is my go to and I will not even bother going to anyone else ever again. Every issue I had was erased in one visit due to her expert knowledge and talent at what she does. I literally look years younger and feel so confident and happy with the results. Theres no need for me to go elsewhere or to anyone else but her ever again. So happy I found her.
I had the Agnes procedure done upper & lower eyes. Paid ALOT of $$ and had absolutely NO change both my eyes look like they did prior to having the procedure done.
I was left with burns after the Agnes RF procedure. She burned me. I still have eye bags. There is no improvement. I’m left with lingering pain where she burned me. This procedure should not be done by a nurse practitioner without a doctor’s supervision. Please do not make the same mistake as me. Do not go to her. She ghosted me. I had scheduled a follow up with her and she did not show up. If you want your eye bags removed go to a oculofacial plastic surgeon you trust. Not a nurse practitioner.
