My World Tech, Erica is OUTSTANDING, AWESOME, GREAT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. My World Tech completely (Erica) completely installed the OS for my computer. I was unable to printer, the keyboard and the mouse. The Internet Explorer was corrupt, with the new OS, I can use Internet Explorer. I thought seriously about replacing the computer, I don't have to do that now because of what My World Tech, Erica did. Erica deserves more than a 5 star rating. My laptop was down for a few months, thought of getting rid of it, then came Erica who used her magic fingers on my lap top. Guess what? My laptop now competes with the law of speed. Do not need to buy a new laptop. Thank you Erica!!!
