My windows are freezing and we have had numerous problems like a frame cracking on a less then 4 year old window and the seal breaking in my bedroom to the point when the room was freezing cold and they wouldn't fix it until there was visible a crack in another windows frame. So after they fixed the seal on that window and a frame on another great job on that. Tom came and made me excited to get my new windows! Even my dog liked him
I called to get an estimate for 3 windows. I was told they don't do 3 windows. I was told to find another company. So I did. I'm now getting 8 windows done. Guess they make enough that they do not need my business. Sidenote...we have 52 windows in our home that we will be replacing. We definitely will not be using this company.
