10/10 do NOT recommend service from this company. Horrible experience. Out of the four windows done, all of them have problems. One was installed upside down, one was installed backwards, one doesn't even close, and the fourth was installed loosely. When called, customer service gave attitude and refused to offer any help. We're still trying to get a service person out here to even look at them before solving all the issues. Would NEVER purchase anything from them again.

Horrible experience. Horrible service. They installed my window late in evening in the dark using cell phones for lighting. 5000$ for a new window which leaks water. Definitely better companies out there for cheaper that do better work. Skip the headaches and call another company

I have had the worst experience from beginning to end (service location-Bloomingdale). I rate this service 0/5 stars. I fell for their sales pitch and decided to have Window Works replace my bay window. I had discussed with the sales rep having an aluminum capping done with my window. On the day of service, the service men had no idea what I was talking about and said that the aluminum capping was NOT part of the contract. Too bad..There isnt a negative rating. I fell for their sales presentation and pricing. A year after they installed it, I am still dealing with the issues from bad installation.
