Great service, the tech that came out to our house was on time, courteous, and polite.

We are completely satisfied with the job Kenneth did cleaning our windows! He arrived promptly and confirmed the cost that we estimated using the online information (which was the lowest among several services that we checked). There were no surprises and no pressure to take other services that were offered. He worked quickly and efficiently, completing our 38 windows in under 1.5 hours. We definitely plan to use Kenneth again, the next time we want our windows washed!
I had a very disappointing experience with My Window Washing, particularly with their cleaner, David. He initially missed cleaning one of the windows, and when I notified the company about it, David returned visibly upset and seemed frustrated that I had raised the issue. Rather than addressing the concern professionally, his attitude made the experience even more unpleasant. Not recommended!
