If I could rate it a zero star I would. I had an appointment scheduled at 3, I show up and no one is there, the masseuse tells me she doesn’t have a 3 o clock, then the manager calls me and says “he forgot to write down my appointment” unacceptable!
I believe most of the posted reviews to this place are planted. We had a very sub-par experience. The massage started 7 minutes late and ended 3 minutes early. That’s 1/6 of a 60 minute massage. We were not spoken to AT ALL before the massage began. Nobody asked about injuries, preferences, etc. The tone from the beginning was rushed. Fighting June gloom and was curious about places offering massages in Rye today. Ecstatic I came across M&Y and gave it a go. As another review stated, this place makes you want to over-tip. Clean, courteous, and friendly. Marveled at how many great techniques and methods utilized even for the 30. min deep tissue I just had. Literally walking out of the building as I’m typing this. Took a few minutes to take that experience all in, obviously.
Eva is best . I highly recommend.
