I used to love this place, but now I honestly can’t recommend it. Today was the second awful massage I’ve had here. The first time, the massage was so bad that I called afterward and argued for 30 minutes before finally getting a refund. The manager told me that if it ever happened again, I should stop the massage immediately. Today, I did exactly that. It was magical. My partner and I had a 90-minute couples massage, and we were extremely impressed. Highly recommended ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
The recent not so great reviews made me wary but I’m glad I went anyway! I made an appointment online and called to confirm it was set. They confirmed with me and no hiccups about me and my fiancé being able to have a couples massage. Decent massage for the price point, definitely got out some tension I had in my neck! Not the greatest massage I have ever had, but definitely helpful for what it was and can’t really complain for $130 for a couples massage. Weird thing was you had a beach towel you laid underneath vs a sheet.
I traveled from far to get massages here because my experience since 4 years ago had been pleasant and the massages good. But each time it is time to pay, the masseuse and the person behind the desk will hover over to see how much tip you will give. Today, I turned the pay screen away, and afterwards, Lee went back into the screen and told me to give my masseuse more tip. I was absolutely shocked!!! This establishment is extremely unprofessional. They take random appointments that they dont honor. They also suddenly called me asking for money for a cancellation I made a year before and being extremely rude. I highly advise going somewhere else.
