For starters they had me playing "phone tag" with them to go sign my marriage license! We ended up signing it a month after , I tried to be understanding because things like this happen . What really got to me was that I hired their photographer and it was the same thing with him or worse! He's very unprofessional. He never gave me a call to even ask me what picture I wanted enlarged and picked one himself which I didn't like .
