Very disappointing experience with what turned out to be a Shopify Drop Ship internet storefront, not a legit company that stocks inventory. Horrible communication, zero transparency. Take your business elsewhere
Quality products, I ordered from their black Friday Sale.
Ordered products 2 months in advance and they were so late I had to ask them to overnight them to the venue 3 hours away, they got there the day before the event. I called several times to check on them and they just kept asking if I wanted a refund, knowing that at this point I am way over the time to order my products elsewhere. When they arrived several of the pieces were broken or the printing was so light you couldnt see it. Luckily I paid for the protection plan which sent me a replacement order. Website has literally everything in their range of products. Super navigable website. I ordered some glasses for my high school graduation party, and they came out very nicely, ink printed on very well with no chipping. Got a lot of compliments on them too! 10/10 recommend
Everything arrived early and looked great! The personalized beer glasses were a hit at guys weekend!
