I was greeted while walking to another store with a flyer and a smile. Then as a walk in everyone was nice, professional and provided great service. Overall 10/10 I will be back !

I am writing this review on behalf of every black woman with short hair: My experience with this dreadful establishment was traumatic and humiliating. To the point, I was wearing a baseball cap to cover my hair after washing it the night before. Upon being seated by the eyebrow lady, I removed my baseball cap self consciously so she could get full access to my face to perform the service.
