I switched to JuJu for Brazilian Waxes and immediately saw a difference- she’s precise and especially when it comes to hair growth. Prior to JuJu, by the 2nd week I would see hair growth whereas now I don’t see it until the 4th week.
I had a horrible experience with them they canceled my appointment two weeks in a row because they did not want to stay between clients. They even lied to me the first time saying they had maintenance issues. I explained i work full time and I'm single mom I can't leave work early. They also show the time available for booking but refuse to honor it when they don't feel like it. I hope I get my money back from groupon
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I booked an appointment through their website for a specific time that was clearly available. Shortly before the appointment, I received a message saying they needed to reschedule because their esthetician “has been done since 4:00pm” and didn’t want to wait for my scheduled time. Why offer 7:30pm slots if no one is actually willing to work them? My Wax Lady Juju is one of the most qualified and most experienced talented person I’ve ever met. She is highly skilled with every service that she provides. For the last 3 years my skin has been 100% better, I’ve experienced effective results with the yoni steam, intimate bleaching, and her waxing technique is so much less painful than other places. Waxing last 3-4 weeks. Her products are one of the best. I absolutely recommend every service to everyone.
Words cannot encompass what a top tier experience this was. Juju is the exact person I’d recommend every first timer go to. Truly was not as bad as my friends made it seem and the true plus was how knowledgeable and thorough she was in explaining to me the whole process and how her waxing works and is proven to not only leave you clean for weeks, but also soft as a baby’s bum.
