Viola's had a good selection of reasonably priced flowers. They offered same day delivery for us procrastinators, and the lady on the phone was very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this floral shop any day.
Sent my daughter a plant for $75.00, Never did bloom, I was embarrassed. Complete waste of money. Next time a gift card.
Not only did My Viola do my wedding flowers, bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages but the cake flowers, and beautiful flower decor in the ball jars along the isle... I just placed an order for mother's day to be delivered today, and my mom received them within the hour already delivered!!! BEST SERVICE EVER!! I also just love the shop! If you haven't gone, I recommend stopping in there, they have something for everyone!!
My Viola IS the BEST floral shop in Great Falls by far! This summer I attended a wedding where they created not only the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages but the reception flowers, cake flowers, aisle decor, and so much more!! Being in the USAF, I have been to a lot of floral shops. Last year I ordered flowers through another shop and it was a disaster. I was looking for something special and was told to go to My Viola. Not only did they have what I was looking for, but the end product was much more beautiful then I had ever expected! The ladies there custom make each order, none of that Teleflora stuff! No two arraignments are alike. Love this shop and have been going there since!
I have been going to My Viola since it opened. It is definitely a breath of fresh air for Great Falls. I agree with Mary one bad apple should not sway your opinion in regards to shopping online or in the store at My Viola. I too have used their website and had no problems. Just read the instructions and you will be fine. We need to remember that is a local shop that probably does not have the funds to have an Amazon like shopping experience. I was very surprised to read the above comment as I have been placing orders with My Viola Floral Studio since they opened in Great Falls several years ago. I feel that the shop is a breath of fresh air to the floral business in this town!! The shop is full of handmade items by local artists and the designs are always unique that no other floral shop in town can even compare too! Heard so many good things about this place so I was expecting great service. Instead I got an incomplete online order. I wasn't able to attach my recipients name or a personal message to my flower order. So I had to call and do it over the phone which I had to explain over and over again. I am very disappointed in their customer service and lack of knowledge. To include their terrible website. It was so easy for them to take my money but made it so difficult to complete my order.
