Really not pleased with the way my visit was handled, today. I called as soon as they opened to confirm they have PFT capability, and was informed that they do. Once I saw the provider, I was informed they don't. I contested it, and she went out to speak to another employer where I overheard her saying "Well if someone told her we do it, we have to do it." Afterward, I was informed it was possible, and I waited for I guess a tech or nurse to be available. I waited forever until finally I was told by the Hospital manager or s... read more

I would give a ZERO star if I could. I made an appointment at 11:45 am, now it's 1:40 pm, still waiting to see a doctor. What's the point of signing up for an appointment? This is ridiculous!!!!!
