This place is awesome! It's affordable and super spacious, with a nice pool and gym too. My roommates and I lived here for a year and we had no problems. Any minor issues we ran into were immediately fixed by the maintenance guys, who were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend UA Rentals to college students looking to live near campus.

I lived with MyUofARentals for three years, and it was easily the best rental experience I had in Tucson. The rent was lower than most other places nearby, and the location is super convenient for the UofA Maintenance was always reliable and quick, usually taking care of any issues within a day or two. Also, shoutout to Kimberly in the leasing office. She was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place near campus. Hard to beat overall.

The units are great for the price, well-maintained, and easily some of the best student housing options near campus. The team is professional and genuinely cares about their residents. I had a wonderful experience living in one of these rental properties and I'm very appreciative of how hardworking and thorough all of the office staff was. I lived in the same house for about 3 years but needed to move elsewhere in the middle of the leasing term after graduating. In order to avoid paying rent for an empty room, I found someone to sublet my room temporarily.
