My vehicle had a repair don't recently at this shop. The transmission was "rebuilt." After telling me my car was ready for pick up I drove up to see for myself. Someone broke my airbox, didn't properly reinstall trim pieces, the cooling lines for the transmission fluid were not lined up in their brackets, vacuum lines were knocked loose and now I'm told my starter only had two bolts. Horrible experience. They will keep your vehicle for weeks and stop communicating. We are now having even more problems than before we dropped it off. Run from this place as fast as you can!!
RecommendedJorge and team helped me out. I did not have transmission issues. My check engine light was coming on. Their bays were full of cars but they still took the time to hook up their machine to my car to get to the bottom of the engine error reading; they also took my car for a test drive. Someone’s Jeep on fire from your technicians screw up and you can’t even take the proper steps to making this right? I’m just wondering how car safety is top priority when someone almost died because of the negligence? 💁🏻♀️
They have had my RAV4 since Oct. 4th. Thomas just keeps saying he will have it done any day, then nothing. I have no idea what is going on. It is still having problems & I am over it. I really want my car & my money ($4000) back. I will just take it to Toyota, if they can’t fix it. 2-1/2 months? Really! You went above and beyond our expectations by coming out and meeting us on a Sunday while we waited for Geico Road Service to provide a tow to your shop on Highway 6. This by far is the worst place to take your car for repair. Thomas the manager would always say the car should be repaired within a couple of days and it would never be done. Finally the car was repaired after 3 weeks. They damaged the oil dipstick and again Thomas said it would be a couple of days, well it has been a week now and nothing only excuses.
