After taking my money, they completely ignored me. I called more than 10 times and sent over 10 emails — no reply. Only once did they respond, saying they were “busy. so they dont have time to reply my message/ emails” That’s your excuse? busy? So once you get paid, you just stop caring about your client? DO NOT trust this company. I paid MyTrafficGuy $300 to help fight my traffic ticket, and the experience was a disaster. They chose to appear in court online instead of in person and completely failed to present the key details I gave them, which caused me to lose my case. They also made zero effort to negotiate or reduce the fine. After that, they basically DISAPPEARED. I called over 10 times, sent over 10 emails, and got no response. Was referred to my traffic guys by a friend. Will was professional and had great communication. He was able to successfully dismiss my traffic violation. Recommended
This is the second time I’ve used My Traffic Guys and both times William was able to get the traffic citation dismissed! Not only that, he is very clear and timely in his communication. He made the process so easy and saved me a LOT of time and headache. He handled EVERYTHING. Even went to the court for me - just that saved parking fees and tons of time. All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend My Traffic Guys and William.
