Best Dentist office ever! So much thought put into keeping the little ones happy. Nicest staff.
My son had an amazing time here, now that we moved so far away I'm hoping to find a dental office that's as friendly, warm and compassionate. This place is so cool and inviting, my son loved it so much.
No one answers the phone at this place. The dentists and assistants are amazing but my kids love it here but trying to call and make an appointment is impossible.
The entire team at My Towns Little Dentist provide an exceptional experience from start to finish. Dawn (Manager) is amazing and provides exceptional customer service and kindness, every visit. They do not provide good service for kids. They didn’t help make my child feel comfortable and just rushed us out of there. They also provided a fluoride treatment when it was not necessary bc my son has too many cavities that need caps. We were charged for this $50 service that was not needed. When I called to complain, she said the hygienist doesn’t talk to the doctor about what the patient needs before providing the fluoride treatment. Seems like a huge rip off!?!
