While Dr. Horowitz is professional, the technique used did not provide adequate arch support for my needs. This may work well for some patients, but if arch support is important to you, I would recommend asking specifically about the method used. Dr. Horowitz gave me a thorough foot and exam and provided insight into my ankle pain. She fitted me for orthotics which I believe have significantly aided in my recovery. She is an experienced professional and I highly recommend her services. Wayne

Go see Dr. Leslie for orthotics! I have had 5 different ones and threw out the rest. She is thorough, smart, and kind. I like the textures used for the 'sport' ones, and it was recommended that I visit a place with a gait scanner. I'd suggest showing up early as the appointments, as they tend to work on a tigh schedule! And fill out the form before going. I'm not sure how some people can give this place a 1/5 stars. I thought it was a bit rushed, yet very effective and efficient.
I scheduled an appointment for today that I was really looking forward to because I am in a lot of pain. I called back and left a voicemail and sent an email inquiring about how I can put this under my insurance because the receptionist didn’t know, and I couldn’t find the details on the website. Dr. Horowitz called me at 9.30 am to let me know that I had 15 minutes to fill in the intake form before the appointment otherwise it would be cancelled.
