The saleswoman was absolutely amazing!!!
Very disappointed in the service. I purchased a mastectomy bra and inserts. The inserts were not the same. Was told they only had one of each. One was round and one heart shaped. They did not match but I was told to just keep adjusting them throughout the day to keep them the same shape . I was doubtful but the sales person kept telling me I would be fine so I purchased. I visited the Niagara Falls location with the intention of purchasing 2-3 bras and requiring a fitting due to recent weight loss. The female employee informed my husband that he needed to wait outside, as men were not permitted inside the store. She then turned to me and, in a condescending tone, stated, "Just so you know, we start at $100.00," a detail I was already aware of, and her mentioning it felt somewhat inappropriate. Went in looking for the same bra I already had, but in a proper size. The lady who attempted to serve me brought everything BUT the bra I asked for. When I said that wasn't what I'd buy, I was snapped at to "Just put it on so I can see how it fits" - which is pretty damned irrelevant when I asked for a specific Elomi bra. I walked out empty handed. If you want quality, selection AND courteous staff - go elsewhere.
Amazing experience with fitting a friend for post mastectomy. Cant say enough good things.
