I have been going to this gym for a little over a month and I absolutely love it! Not only is all of the staff super friendly and welcoming, but the atmosphere in general is one of community. The other women at the gym have been super welcoming to me and it has made it easy for me to be welcoming to anyone new that I encounter. I feel so blessed to have found this place! I actually enjoy working out now! I especially enjoy the drumball and zumba classes- they are so much fun! Also, i feel so much stronger after working out with the weight machines during the last several years. The women that go here are friendly and special. The infrared sauna is something that makes me feel wonderful- i am very glad to be able to use the sauna here. Also, Jen and Deana are super nice employees! Sincerely, Marie Dulude

I have been a member for 2 years and look forward to my workout. It’s always clean, comfortable and staff is helpful and friendly. After reading previous reviews, I have never seen anyone watching thru the window. An occasional dog walker out on the sidewalk possibly but no creepers. Thank you for a safe environment.

This is such a welcoming group. It's a clean facility with so much to offer. Workout equipment, classes and the friendliest staff anyone could want.
