I called to ask if she was open; my mom died yesterday- it’s late I’m sad; and wanted to treat Myself. She answered the phone and asked who I was; I told her and said I wanted to get a manicure and she said she was closed. I mentioned she may want to add her business hours on goggle to help her business and help people find her- to which she told me she has her own clientele, she’s not interested in new clients and hung the phone up on me. More than rude; uncalled for, and unprofessional.
Debbie is so professional and friendly. She makes it a pleasure for me to come in and keep my feet in shape! I highly recommend her and her work!
