This business is family run. They do a great job on our many windows at a great price. They also clean our roof and install & remove our Christmas lights. They are always on time and we have never had a problem with quality of their work.
This individual paid me $70 to clean his approx. 6,000 SF house, except the kitchen, because he said he had cleaned it already. I did not set the price in advance, because it was a referral, who expected the right rate, but based on the size of his huge house that even has a theater room, he should have paid me MINIMUM $300.
