Multiple communication issues throughout my time as a client. I would text my therapist and they would say they never received it..... multiple times. Personally, if this was me I would find it extremely important to remedy this issue. I would also leave voicemails and they would say that they did not receive them. Additionally, my therapist took a vacation every month I was a client of theirs -- obviously, live your life but I viewed that as kind of excessive.
