I had a terrible experience with Kim from day 1. My appointments were always canceled or rescheduled. The respect for my time was not there. She had several excuses which I was empathized with but the delivery the miscommunication the gas lighting was beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone, ever!

Kim did mine and my daughter's taxes. I love that i could send all my papers through her portal. As soon as they were done, Kim sent me a text to let me know the results. Fast, efficient, and reasonable. I love it!
