Jae Ann has been doing my taxes for 10 years and has always been super organized and efficient, not to mention super helpful when I've had unexpected issues arise. She always replies promptly and gets the job done. I highly recommend My Tax Man.
I don't write reviews nearly as much as some, but Ryan Alvaredes at My Tax Man is not a competant CPA. If you want to be Audited due to stupid omissions, this is your guy! Avoid this incompetant CPA, he will cost you a fortune and makes excuses. He should lose his license and he's also expensive for the JV work! Interestingly, I read his reviews of others and he has nothing good to say about anyone wherever he goes, just s#its on everyone and everything. What a miserable existance of a half pint man
Ryan, the individual who runs this business, is incredibly rude. I’m not joking, I would rather overpay on my taxes than utilize his services. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
I am appalled at the lack of customer service I received from Ryan at My Tax Man. I called their office to ask a simple tax question and was cut off mid-sentence and asked, "are you a client?" in which I answered that I was not. And he responds with "I can't help you" and hangs up. I immediately call back to ask his name, which he hesitates and states it is Ryan.
