The whole crew here is absolutely amazing best property management company in the valley. Truthfully only company who really does what they do. Everyone is very detail oriented and will take care of your every need.
The owner just terminated services with my 87 year old mother because she questioned a charge on her invoice. A charge for meeting a vendor at her house when she was home to do it herself. She moved into a new place two months ago after losing her husband to Alzheimer's. Corey Black should be ashamed of himself. He is overpriced and showed enormous disrespect toward an elderly woman. Unprofessional and cruel!!!
As one can see from their reviews, before mine, they had 1 review. Let me tell you they are the most unprofessional management company I have encountered. I have several homes in different locations and have never had problems similar to this. We have a home in Ketchum, Idaho and we trusted My Sun Valley Home to take good care of our home. On 2 arrivals we experienced terrible housekeeping. Dirty bed linens...not cleaned from previous guests.
