Bad experience with this salon in Timmins with the appointments, no respect with the schedules. Too bad.
Sad and heartbroken. I had platinum blonde hair, and had decided I wanted to go dark, but keep some blonde still - a balayage. When I called to make the appointment, a man answered the phone. I told him what I wanted and he scheduled me in with him. When I got to the appointment, I showed him a picture for reference. It was black hair with blonde throughout.
