Very nice people at the front desk helpful and informative. The unit is way cleaner and better maintained then the last storage company I was with very glad I chose them for my storage needs.
Moved from a large RV sized locker to a smaller 10X15 locker as don’t need to store an RV anymore. Office staff (Chad and other gentleman) were very professional & courteous during the transaction. Remaining rent on RV locker was applied to new locker. Recommend IF My Storage. I specifically stayed with My Storage even though there were less expensive and closer to home storage facilities. This is due to the layout, drainage and Storage Defender features.
Storing my extra crap with these guys were amazing. I really enjoyed the hospitality of any of the workers I spoke with. The payment was very clear as well as the rules an regulation related too. The hours of access to access my storage unit are very good as well. The price I paid for my unit was also pretty hard to bargain with. Overall, great experience storing my stuff at My Storage Idaho Falls
MyStorage has been great - they are always communicating, answering my questions, and were great in helping me transition into a bigger unit! If you're thinking about renting here I highly reccomend!
This place is awesome! I never have to worry about the safety of my stuff and the site is very nice! Chad is also a super friendly, knowledgeable guy who does everything he can to help. Honestly, I would prefer if more storage places operated like this one! They also offer climate controlled options! Top notch storage facility! 👌🏻
