I love this company!! I bought a storage from them, loved it so much I had to buy another one. These storages are well built sturdy durable and very secure!! The staff are professional, polite and most of all patient. I thought I was prepared for delivery. I wasn't the poor delivery guy had to wait a good 30-45 minutes while I figured out a realignment. He made suggestions and really helped me through the process. Side note the delivery truck is very high so be cognisant of wires and trees that may impede placement/delivery.
Company is a scam, they've been harrassing me for months over a paid-in-full unit. Stephanie tried to claim that she 'miss-typed' my pay-off quote, then decided to not reach out until 3 months later after the pay off was made. She's threatened me multiple times with small claims, repossession, etc. Over the duration, I paid OVER what the total was, paid the pay-off, then she tried to claim that they wanted another $1400 from me. Don't use these scammers if you don't have to. (I have documentation for everything)
Parked a cargo trailer here for about 7 months. Super easy to work with checking in and checking out!
They bring it to you! Plus they can get it where its needed to go. That boom is awesome and that delivery guy sure can put it anywhere.
Shed delivered with significant damage from likely forklift loading...the manager told us it was from over tightening screws on assembly. Haha. Not possible. No adjustment offered. We are just out the money.
