Company is not honest. AFTER I ordered one of their products they tacked on a $11 shipping charge for a $15 item which is available on Amazon for $18. I cancelled within 5 minutes of seeing the invoice and they ignored me. Do not use this company. Ps they are also dishonest in their reply. Why would I request cancellation within 5 minutes of the original order (which is documented) if I had chosen the shipping charge? Customer service 101 folks. First time using the “my stone care kit “ on kitchen granite countertops. I pretty much neglected the surfaces for some four years. The products brought the shine and finish back to almost new. Easy to use and was shipped in a timely manner. If one is a do it yourself type and want to save money, I highly recommend the product.
my package is riding around on the fedex truck- I have called text and emailed no response from owner. We finally connected and Fed Ex was the issue. The company stayed in touch until my package arrived. I have updated to 5 stars for them going above and beyond to help
It is so refreshing to find a company with great products and great customer service. Our travertine floors had not been resealed for 9 years, and with 2 dogs and daily living they had some etched and dirty places. As we have been following the precise and detailed instructions, the floors are coming to life and look brand new. If you have a question, a knowledgeable person will call you back. I cannot recommend this vendor and their products enough.
