I have been seeing James for a while now, however recently been training for a 6 day international hike. During training, I noticed a number of issues start to persist and intense pain in my forefoot, plantar fascia and calves. I can’t recommend James highly enough. I first went to see James with an ankle problem that a doctor, a Physio and another podiatrist could not resolve. The issue was significant enough that some days I was unable to walk and this persisted for six months. James found the problem in my first visit and over a number or weeks of treatment, the injury was resolved. I am loving my new Orthotics. They’ve made me more aware of rebalancing my feet as I walk and I am very conscious now how my toes are flattening instead of “clawing”. Also I haven’t experienced any foot cramps since I’ve been using them. I would have no problem recommending James as a podiatrist. His knowledge is above and beyond most.
