Absolutely pathetic experience. At least with the doctor I saw, Dr Ni. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and ultimately useless. I went to this clinic because I have extremely low testosterone levels, which is particularly alarming for a 23-year-old. Instead of receiving any meaningful guidance or treatment options, the first appointment consisted largely of being told things I already knew and being sent away for additional blood work and an MRI. Edit: Same receptionist on the 6 of February 2026 she booked appointment for me for the 10th of March 2026 for my licence review with the endocrinologist whos got my history and today 10th of February 2026 she cancelled because if our previous argument when she closed the phone on me as she was unable to find my file. And of course she got upset about that today instead of last Friday. Buy the way the specialist doesn't know that she loosong a patient because of the receptionist.
