Got a couple’s massage and definitely was not worth $198. They were very nice at first, but the massage was just painful even after we told them they were applying too much pressure. We did not feel relaxed at all and the first 30 or 40 minutes, it was mostly pain. Also, we were very generous with our tip but they didn’t seem satisfied and we felt very forced.
Had a couple's massage. My husband said, his was just okay. Mine definitely wasn't! My massage therapist kept getting interrupted. First, had to ask Alexa to play music, next her phone went off and it was loud, next she had to step out and take a call, after that it was small stops here and there, felt like she kept checking her phone. Also, consider this is a massage place, you shouldn't be wearing loud heels unless the floor was carpeted. Massage was no flow at all, like it's not even/balance from left to right.
Great massaging service! My shoulder and neck always feel tense and need the relaxation. Professional and very nice environment.
Massage was great, but when paying, the woman commented on my tip which was around 15%. She was commenting that it was a low tip and wanted me to tip more. I ended up bumping it up to 18% out of guilt, but I still think it is rude... 15% is a normal tip!! I think it's rude to try to pressure people into tipping more like that. It's uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth in what was otherwise a really great experience
My husband and I are both regulars here and absolutely love it. 🥰 Yan is super professional — my husband has chronic muscle pain, and she always knows how to help him feel better. I usually go with Summer, and she’s amazing too! Her pressure is just right and she always finds the right spots. We always leave feeling relaxed and recharged.
