Massage was great, but when paying, the woman commented on my tip which was around 15%. She was commenting that it was a low tip and wanted me to tip more. I ended up bumping it up to 18% out of guilt, but I still think it is rude... 15% is a normal tip!! I think it's rude to try to pressure people into tipping more like that. It's uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth in what was otherwise a really great experience

My husband and I are both regulars here and absolutely love it. 🥰 Yan is super professional — my husband has chronic muscle pain, and she always knows how to help him feel better. I usually go with Summer, and she’s amazing too! Her pressure is just right and she always finds the right spots. We always leave feeling relaxed and recharged.

I’m usually very picky about massage therapists, and finding a good one is incredibly difficult. Most spa therapists make you feel relaxed but rarely manage to truly alleviate the pain in your neck, shoulders, and back. The owner of My Spa has excellent techniques and is very personable. I now go once a week, and every session helps relieve the soreness in my neck.

I called to get appointment and check my insurance to see coverage. First she told me wrong coverage that its not copay and you have to pay 72 dollars including 20 dollars tip. Then i showed her that my coverage has copay which is 40 dollars then she reduced 60 mins to 50 mins and upon asking told me she required 10 mins for paper work. I mean who bills for paperwork and say required tip. This place is scam and want to loot you. Attaching screenshot of chat with the place and also coverage.
