I did Invisalign at Dr Butts for 4 years and it was truly one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. Dr Butt and his rotating door of staff are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I estimated my treatment was delayed by 5-7 months because of their unprofessionalism. He does not seem to care at all about his patients. He is in the office 1.5 days a week and nobody picks up the phone 95% of the time. Most of the time the voice mailbox is full.
