Dr Kim is very professional
Dentures cracked, they stuck some glue on them and sent me home. Tried eating a tuna salad on whole wheat, cracked again. Called them and they said my insurance wouldn't cover it. I was there 3 hours before!
The employees at this dentist so not respectful they’re all disrespectful and the secretary are nasty and the doctor doesn’t know what she’s doing before thanksgiving she doesn’t make my dentures and I’m very disappointed at this dentist and I pay them from thanksgiving and now they don’t have my dentures
Saw me the same day I called, cleaning went great and the dentist answered all my questions honestly about potential work I wanted done. Great customer service!
I wish I can give a zero star review. The pain I have and no one and I mean no one response to you calls or messages. This office did a root canal on my top tooth. When placing the permanent crown the very next day it chipped. I called, left a message and of course no response. I had to go back for another root canal the following week so I brought it up at my appointment and was told to not worry about it.
