This company just called me. What a used car salesman technique. Talking over me, not answering my questions and not listening to me when I asked him questions. After looking up their Google reviews, I requested them to remove my number, which Eric never shut his mouth. I have logged your number 442-332-1663. Then Eric repeatedly called me from 858-313-6981 to only press numbers to ring in my ear. Deplorable business tactics. Shame on you Eric and the people that employ you.

We purchased our solar system a few months ago. My Smart House made the process so easy; from our great sales rep, to installation, to receiving our cash back incentive. They even assisted us with the tax credit process. We're so happy that we went solar with them and are saving money each month on our energy bills.

Had incentives written in contract to take place prior to install based on their history. Even with that, I allowed them to install without meeting one of them as they said it would take place the following week. After the install was completed and I pushed Eric for a date, he came back and said it would be 30 days later and that he had just assumed it would be with in 7 days.
