I went with Cat Casmay from Sky Realty in Dover, DE because that is who contacted me when I did a search on Zillow. At the beginning she was very patient polite and accommodating but as time went on she started to be shor, threatened me with sueing (who does that with someone you stand to make a good bit of money off of through selling of our home and us buying a new home.) and showed how she worked more for the sellers rather than for us. Do your research and don’t just go with who Zillow chooses for you.
My Sky Realty is an excellent brokerage. I met with Jill on several occasions to discuss houses while I was relocating to the area for my job. Her knowledge and experience of all aspects in real estate was top notch. Her and her entire company were extremely nice, personable and dedicated to help as much as possible, whenever needed. A big part of purchasing a home is being one of the 1st to view. Jill made herself available or a teammate anytime we saw a home of interest. She was very knowledgeable of property details which made us extremely comfortable in trusting options suitable for our family. We were looking for a fixer upper which she had great visions as to what we could update to make a home our own. It’s always great to work with a person that’s friendly, engaging, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and reliable.
Jill was very patient very good at listening to what we wanted and what we didn't! Spent hours with us showing us homes talking through every plus and negative situation! We started with a different realator who had no time for us ! Jill made us feel special and knew her stuff! And also gave us great advice! Would use her a million times over and recommend her to anyone and everyone! EXCELLENT!!
