Owner Tracy Redmond is crass and condescending! She acts like she's doing you a favor for letting you shop in her smelly store. Shop elsewhere and do Beaufort County and Hilton Head Island a favor. She needs to close shop permanently.
A nice spot to stop and look around, I was excited to find some books for my daughter's collection!
I had a great couple of visits here while I was on the Island for two weeks. They were so helpful and friendly that I bought several things. The prices were amazing!
We have been shopping at My Sister's Closet HHI for years and years. We bought our son's first tuxedo there about 25 years ago. They have always been very friendly and the prices are always great.
This was the rudest staff I think I have ever met. They made it very apparent what time they close and could care less about making a sale!

My 16 year old daughter and I passed this establishment several times during our week at Hilton Head. She loves consignment shopping so we decided to stop. The only acknowledgment we received in the store was when my daughter was trying on a coat and the clerk looked at me and said "the owner is getting ready to come in and she won't like that your daughter has that on." I responded saying "she certainly isn't hurting anything." So many other ways to address us... Like " may I help you with that?" We hung the coat up and lef... read more
