Prices are way too expensive. I can go and get the same item, or very similar, for new and still pay less than you would at My Sister's Closet
Everything in the store has a horrible odor and you can't get the odor out. After asking the people who accept clothes, what they put on the clothes that makes them smell so horrible, so I could take them to a cleaners, I was escorted out of the store and spoken rudely to with her fist in my face, by a lady who said she is the owner. If you don't mind your clothes smelling like a garbage pit, then it's ok, but if you want to smell nice, don't buy any clothes here.
Checking on my consignment. I’m not sure about this place anymore. I can only assume the employees are not checking in my items for resale. I had a pair of Quay sunglasses that never made my list for consignment. I’ve read negative reviews online and thought it would never happen to me. And that.. “We’re sorry for your inconvenience for lost items” I definitely would not recommend this place for hi-end designer resale. 😤👎
NEVER leave your items on consignment with them! I brought in eight items - all high end athletic wear (Lululemon, Spiritual Gangster, Alo) and when I asked about pricing they informed me they don't take anything that retails below $50. I went back a month later to check on the status of my items and was told that I was receiving a total of $25. They DID NOT disclose that they were having a 70% off sale within weeks of my items coming in, nor that they actually start their pricing at $12.50. I NEVER would have left my items ... read more
