Wouldn't recommend doing the consignment program unless you never want to see your dresses again and get ghosted by the owner. Awful communication & dodgy practices.
If you want to stress to the point of medical concern, this is the business for you! Lack of communication, picking up the dress off the owners patio without details being checked, and being informed that on many occasions people take the wrong dress, leaving you without a dress the day before your ball.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My dress hire was cancelled only a week before the event, leaving me without a suitable alternative. Additionally, my friend was charged a $700 cancellation fee despite cancelling well in advance. This level of service is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business.
