Terrible service they don't clear the snow in front of units so you are paying over 200 a month for storage you can't access in the winter. They never answer the phone so you have to leave a message and hope someone will call you back. If you want a storage unit you can access in the winter then don't store your stuff here.
Fair and very upfront about everything. Awesome at explaining how things work and always happy to answer questions. I called with what I felt was a silly question and the person in the office was kind and very happy to reassure me that I wasn't asking anything they couldn't help me with and that it was still a valid question. She even went above and looked at my file to make sure I was all good which left me feeling confident and helped. The place is organized and clean. My unit is clean, secure and just what we need. They are fair upfront on pricing and get you information you need quickly. Lost my lock dealt with it appropriately. I appreciate the 24 hour access as I always seem to remember I need something from the locker late at night.

I utilize storage here and they have been great. Nice to deal with, very professional, clean and well kept. Sooooooo much better than other storage I have used in the Ottawa/Mississippi/Beckwith area.
