Awful. Rude and ignored customers while eating and being on her cell phone. Did not give me the haircut I requested, insulted my looks, hair, and said I had ugly filthy hair and she didn't recognize me because i was so fat before. Her words. Guess her way of saying I lost weight. I took a shower and had my husband help me dye my hair immediately before the appointment with Helen.
