First of all, Lisa Carletti answered my phone calls in person. I believe I left one message and was called back promptly. She took plenty of time to walk me through the process. At all times, I felt that she was looking out for my best interests. Our inspector was friendly, informative and thorough. Just like Lisa, he took time with us and made sure we had enough information to make an informed decision. I highly recommend them.
They did a very good job of inspecting RV. Joe was very helpful. I have no complaints.
We had a great experience from the initial call to Lisa, whom was very helpful to Joe going to inspect and the immediate report sent. We are from Oklahoma and buying a Brinkley 5th Wheel in Wildwood, FL was already stressful. They were a huge help! Inspection went great and the report was emailed within a few hours. Joe got on the phone with myself and my husband to talk us through the report and suggesting how to proceed in the future with us newbies in the rv world. Joe did our inspection. He called me around noon and informed me that the coach had been leaking and there was severe water damage in several places around the coach… floors of slide outs, bedroom ceiling, bedroom walls, under the floor in kitchen. I did not buy the coach. I didn’t want to spend the money to have it inspected but my wife insisted. You know how that goes and she’ll never let me forget it. Joe from My RV Inspections did an inspection of our new 2025 Class C Winnebago View “D” we bought from General RV in Ft Myers Florida. We were extremely glad we ordered the inspection as several issues were discovered. Had we not had the inspection we would have taken delivery only to eventually discover the issues. We would have then had to take the new Motorhome back to the dealer and wait a month or two for them to order parts and fix the issues.
