Joe did an outstanding job! He was thorough, professional and comprehensive. The software that My RV Inspection uses makes it very simple to single out issues and present them in a simple manner to the seller so that you, as the buyer can negotiate repairs or concessions. They did make one mistake. Joe conducted an inspection on our brand new 5th wheel. He was extremely thorough. Once the inspection was complete he sent everything over to us. He went over it and answered all of our questions. Getting this inspection done made dealing with the dealership easier. We knew what we wanted completed prior to picking up the RV. On pick up day, the he walk through was simple. I’m so glad that we decided to have our new 5th wheel inspected with My Rv Inspection. The dealer installed our inverter and transfer switch incorrectly and Joe did a wonderful job finding this problem that could have resulted in a serious issue down the road. Jason has been so responsive to any questions that I have had. I would highly recommend My RV Inspection for anyone purchasing an RV.
Joe did A side not, always have your RV inspected my inspection on a Aria 4000. He did a great job with the report and inspection. He found a major issue on the unit. He stopped and called prior to pulling the fulids. Saving me money. I stopped the inspection because of the major crack in the sidewall. I am so thankful for his detailed inspection. Just scheduled for him to do another inspection on a new unit.
