What an awesome experience from start to finish. Although the RV dealer did not have the unit ready, you all did everything you could to do the best possible inspection. All items you noted were repaired by the service department and we took delivery on Friday 3 days after inspection. I cannot thank you enough for the wealth of information in your report. I would highly recommend you to all interested in purchasing an RV new or used.
Based on the interactions I had with this business, I can only be skeptical of all the 5 star ratings it has received. Take your time, read all the fine print, call other providers. This company is promising a great experience on their website. They claim to be the best and the only, “blah, blah, blah” in the area. But a great experience is not what I had with this business. I do not recommend this business.
Very professional. Patient with my crazies (I had the wrong date at one point). Thorough inspection, timely report. Highly recommended. I was buying a new coach house motorhome sight unseen.
Joe recently conducted an inspection my (new to me) motorhome. He was very easy to work with. I am the purchaser and I was out of state, the owner and the motorhome were local. Logistically, I was concerned the location, purchaser, and owner relationship differences would create difficulties it getting a complete and thorough. I could not have been more wrong.
