I had a very disappointing experience here. I booked a Classic Pedicure, which clearly states it includes a 5-minute massage and a hot towel (both online and in their pamphlet). I only received about 3–4 minutes and no hot towel at all. She also told me the massage “doesn’t have a specific limit,” even though the pamphlet clearly says 5 minutes. When moving here to Houston, I tried Milano. They were just overpacked. I felt like they rushed through everybody because of the high turnover very overpriced. I felt like they did great on the nails. I just cannot afford the upkeep. I then went to Lucky nails near my house. I’d love the nail artist that were there eventually as I went the staff started diminishing it become three people doing nails I really did not care for how my nails were being done. I’m from California and I found this awesome nails spa. I got Kimberly and she did a wonderful job with my nails. She was super quick, but careful with my nails. I had a splendid time here! Thank you guys so much I will be returning!
I absolutely love this place! I'm always greeted with a smile and everyone is polite and friendly. They are very personal and professional. My nail technician, Tony does an excellent job. He maintains my real nails and keeps my hands looking great. He knows exactly how I like my nails, so I don't have to tell him. I look forward to each visit. I highly recommend. And the mimosas are the best!
Update went back for my refill and Tina did an amazing job once again! (Side Note: Tina only works by appointment, I was informed that once I walked in and requested her so now I know to call prior if I really want Tina) I was referred here I’ve tried so many Nailshop in the area and I’ll definitely be back! TINA (nails) & TAMMY (feet) are amazing! I did not feel rushed at all very relaxing experience! 10/10 highly recommended!
