I called ahead and got an appointment say day, within 30 mins. Tina did my manicure & pedicure, and she did a phenomenal job! Their prices are amazing for the high level of service you get! The store is very clean, and everyone is super welcoming! Thank you so much Royal Nails, and Tina!!!
It was my first time at My Royal Nail Salon! I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. The costumer experience was top notch, I was pampered, listened to and respected. They were very detail oriented and did such an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back to try out all the different colors and styles they offer. Today I got a gel pedicure and my first set of cat eye nails! They are both beautiful and very well done. Thank you to all the lovely people at this salon!
I had a very disappointing experience here. I booked a Classic Pedicure, which clearly states it includes a 5-minute massage and a hot towel (both online and in their pamphlet). I only received about 3–4 minutes and no hot towel at all. She also told me the massage “doesn’t have a specific limit,” even though the pamphlet clearly says 5 minutes. I’m from California and I found this awesome nails spa. I got Kimberly and she did a wonderful job with my nails. She was super quick, but careful with my nails. I had a splendid time here! Thank you guys so much I will be returning!
