I give them Zero stars. Horrible customer service and no follow up. From the beginning it has been a disaster. They left my inverter on the side of the garage. It took 4-5 months before they finally installed. Turns out it was a bad inverter and it had to be replaced. Could never get hold of anyone. Every one kept sending me to different departments. They installed my Solar almost 3 months ago. And immediately one of the panels were broken, so I called the company that supplied them and got a Replacement panel within a week, but I have been calling and leaving Voicemails to this company for over two months now to try and get this panel installed. Once I paid them their money for the install it’s impossible to get a hold of them. The email on their website doesn’t even work.
They are dishonest - We were a sales team for them and they refuse to respond to our messages or pay us for the sale. Stay away from them we have had issues with every deal they have done for us
We've had an issue with our solar since January 14th. Have called every week, can't get ahold of anybody. Seems like they're great until you need to actually talk to them. Would appreciate a call back and a service.
