I had the unfortunate pleasure of using this business. Without disclosing that I was signing and official contract to hire them the point man Brandon Jo simply described it as signing for the initial inspection. They are an unethical group of men who will only quote you if you provide the adjusters estimate first. i have proof of text messages trying to get an estimate and they consistently stated they "couldn't provide a quote unless first given the adjusters paperwork that clearly states a price. Being in the IT business for years, I was weary about using a general contractor - giving up control. Having said that, I couldn’t of made a better decision - choosing this company to restore my property after this bad storm. I would recommend them to my friends and family!
Outstanding customer service - and a good quality product to back it up. After work was completed from the storm, critter then suggested alternative energy methods.
